Delete your MedRivo account

You can request deletion of your MedRivo account and its associated personal data without reinstalling the app.

Email us from your registered email address. Include “MedRivo account deletion” in the subject. Do not send your password, identity documents, or medical licence.

This is a manual request. Opening an email draft does not delete your account or send a request automatically.

Or email osamawraikat@gmail.com directly. We verify account ownership before processing the request and confirm the outcome by email.

Deletion covers your login account, profile, saved delivery addresses, verification uploads and other associated personal data. If specific transaction or security records must be retained for a legitimate obligation, we explain which records, why, and their retention period in our response. We also address copies held by our service providers. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
