MedRivo privacy policy

Information and use

We process account and clinic details, contact information, professional credentials and uploaded licence images to manage accounts and platform eligibility. We process orders, delivery details, optional map coordinates, vendor access requests, marketplace listings, uploaded photos, consent records and support communications to provide these services. We do not ask for patient medical records.

Who receives information

Community safety features store submitted reports, report reasons, optional details, moderation decisions and the seller IDs you block. Reports are available to the reporting account and authorized administrators, not publicly displayed. Your block list is private to your account; blocking in MedRivo does not block external calls or WhatsApp. Do not include patient information, passwords or identity documents in reports.

Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage. Authorized administrators review professional documents. When you explicitly request vendor access and consent to sharing, the selected vendor may inspect your licence through controlled, temporary access. Vendors receive the order and delivery information needed to fulfill their orders. Product photos, vendor logos and approved public marketplace listing information are visible to marketplace visitors.

Cloudflare and deployment hosting services process network requests. Resend delivers transactional emails containing relevant account or transaction updates. OpenStreetMap tile servers receive your IP address and viewed map area. Font requests may be sent to Google Fonts. Device tokens are processed if push notification functionality is enabled.

Permissions and payments

Location is requested only when you choose to locate a delivery pin, not for background tracking. You can enter an address or pin manually. Image uploads use the system picker to access the files you select. Current payment and settlement records are recorded by the platform; the app does not collect payment-card numbers through an integrated card gateway.

Protection, retention and your choices

We use authenticated access controls and private storage for verification uploads. No system can guarantee absolute security. Data is kept while needed to provide your account and transactions. Order delivery snapshots are separate from saved addresses, so editing an address does not rewrite an earlier order. Deletion requests cover associated personal data; any specific legitimate retention requirement will be explained with its reason and duration. We do not sell personal data or use licence documents for advertising.
